The first time I personally called to pre-order a cake was about a month ago, and the woman I spoke to seemed very apathetic and failed to mention that there was a 24 (or was it 48?) hour notice for cancellations or changes. I told the woman that criteria should've been mentioned when I first made the order. Either way, I ordered the cake a few days before I needed it, and was able to change it regardless of this 24-48hr business. The cakes a great, but that shouldn't compensate for the lackluster service.May 25, 2017

I want to see them expand their selection and marketing while also reaching out to the community and the obesity problems. They are already my favorite spot to go for birthday cakes and are an awesome local business.August 18, 2016
