  The donuts are excellent....We have been getting donuts here ever since I can remember...But the older lady at the drive thru window is very rude and doesn't give you what you order....She gives you what she wants and then suggests that if we are closer to the mission store we should go there!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

  Stopped by on 10th street and bought $28 worth of donuts and kalach's! Most of the kalach's were stale and hard as a brick! The ham and cheese ones...tasted horrible and had almost no ham or cheese in them! About half the donuts were stale! I'm a certified baker...and was very disappointed. I'm from out of town and was taking them to employees I've been working with for the last 2 weeks. Only a few has been eaten, I should return them for a refund!
