We ordered a family meal and they forgot our sauces and all the plates. We had to ask for them twice. The floors were dirty and sticky. The drink station was out and the dispensers sprayed out in all directions. The bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. The food was fresh and delicious, which is the only reason we feel they earned 3 stars and not none.September 15, 2016
