- 3 / 5By Lisa WaddellI've eaten here on multiple occassions and what I can honestly say brings me back is the food. The service however is typically disappointing. Most recently I walked in to place a to go order at approximately 10:15 pm, several staff members walked past me which I was able to over look since I didn't mind the time to look at the menu. When I finally was able to get someone's attention at 10:32, I was told the "to go lady" had already left. So I asked if I could receive my order as if I was dining in and place it in a to go box myself. The staff member said he supposed that would be ok. When I attempted to order sushi I was told the cutoff time was 10:30, the time was now 10:33.
Perhaps I am over reacting, but I found this to be such a failure of customer service. I understand kitchens close at certain times, but it was apparent to me that they were still receiving an influx of customers. It just seems counter productive to deny all of these patrons of your token meals as well as turning away potential income.
I like their food, Im just no longer a big fan after this experience.December 08, 2016
